Orphanages and DMK

There are more than 2,000,000 orphans in this nation of 35,000,000 million due directly to AIDS. Every family is somehow affected. They’ve either lost an immediate family member to the disease, are caring for an afflicted grown child, or are raising/supporting orphaned children. It’s relentless.

While the diocese itself does not run any orphanage, we attempt to support local orphanages in many ways. We accept donations to be used at the orphanages, send missionaries to help them out and love and pray for the children. Please have a look at the pages about a couple of local orphanages.
